University Customers:
We are located in the Keating Building Room 106. Submissions may be left in the freezer at the north entrance to our lab. Samples should be clearly labeled with your contact information and iLab submission ID (numbers at end of the submission) and the service requested. Users on the south side of campus may drop off their samples in the refrigerator in Life Sciences South Room 205. There is a daily pickup from that location (M-F).
IMPORTANT: Please do not submit RNA to the dropoff location in LSS as we cannot guarantee temperature stability during transit to our main facility.
